Participant Suitability
This class is designed for actors with previous training and some level of experience, preferably at a professional level. While the class may benefit a range of skill levels, it is tailored to those with an existing foundation in acting.
Right to Decline a Booking
We reserve the right to decline a booking if, after careful assessment, we determine that the class is not suitable for the participant based on their level of training or experience. This decision is made to ensure that participants gain the maximum benefit from the class. In such cases, any payments made will be fully refunded.
No Refunds Policy
Due to the limited timeframe and the nature of the booking, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer refunds once a place in the class has been booked. However, this does not affect your statutory rights. If the service is not provided as described or falls short of expected standards, you retain the right to seek redress under consumer protection laws in Ireland.
Payment Terms
Payment in full is required to secure a place in the class. We cannot hold or reserve places without payment. All payments should be made through the website, and a confirmation email will be sent once the payment has been received.
Class Schedule and Attendance
The class schedule is fixed, with one class per week for six weeks. It is the participant’s responsibility to attend all classes. No refunds or makeup classes will be provided for missed sessions.
Course Cancellations or Rescheduling
In the unlikely event that a class or the entire course needs to be cancelled or rescheduled by the organisers, we will notify all participants as soon as possible. If rescheduling is not possible, participants will receive a full refund for the cancelled class or classes.
Health and Safety
Participants are required to follow all health and safety guidelines provided by the organisers, including any specific measures relating to the venue or current government advice (e.g., COVID-19 guidelines). Failure to comply with health and safety protocols may result in removal from the class without a refund.
Liability
The organisers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings incurred while attending the class, except where caused by negligence on the part of the organisers.
Data Protection and Privacy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Your data will only be used for the purpose of managing your participation in the class and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards the instructor and fellow classmates. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the class without a refund. The organisers reserve the right to enforce this policy at their discretion.

Any materials provided during the class are for personal use only and may not be distributed, copied, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the organisers.
