Cancellation Policy
By purchasing a coaching package with Tom Kibbe, you are agreeing to your commitment to participate in the process and follow through to its conclusion.
Your scheduled sessions with Tom are considered set appointments. However, if necessary, you may request to reschedule a session, if you give at least 48 hours advance notice via email – tom@tomkibbe.com
If the required notice is given your session will be rescheduled and either added to the end of your block of sessions or for a date and time suitable for both parties.
If this required notice of 48 hours is not received then the client will forfeit that session.
However, we also understand that unexpected events may prevent you from attending a planned session. Therefore in addition to the guidelines above cancellations and requests for rescheduling will be considered on an individual basis, at the discretion of Tom and his admin team.
